our executive bungalow is an ideal place to wind down or alternatively you could continue to
have fun by the pool.
This villa is extremely spacious, air-conditioned with a ceiling fan in each room and is
fully equipped with all you might need.
Our home is set back from the road (the drive is 64ft long) and stands in over
¼ acre of landscaped gardens. Unlike other rental homes it is very secluded
and not overlooked to the rear of the property where the
pool with lap-swim and huge deck are situated.
From this deck or the large covered lanai you can look out onto our
garden that has tropical plants, mature oaks, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees.
Why not pick your own lemon for a martini or oranges for Bucks fizz as we did at Christmas.
We have 6ft hedge and rustic fence for extra privacy at the back of the property.
Beyond the fence there are Orange groves.
Our rural retreat is situated less than ½ mile from the action packed US 192
(if driving on the US192 from the Disney entrance at mile marker 7, you take a left at
mile marker 14). We are half a mile from the 24-hour Walmart supermarket on
the US192 which has other shops, attractions, restaurants and golf.

For security we have a House alarm, smoke alarm, emergency lighting and safe.
Local phone calls are free of charge. There is a mail box for mail collection
Our bungalow has double doors for wheelchair access.
All linen, towels (excluding beach towels), bedding, etc are provided.
A cot and highchair and stoller are also available should they be required
For your convenience, alterative entry and departure times can usually be arranged with the owner
